I really like it...I didn't look carefully at the picture and didn't notice that there wasn't a simple outside mesh/elastic pocket for a bottle. Just a simple pocket for a simple book pack would have been a nice addition to a good quality product.
I love this backpacK!! This is the 3rd we've bought from here. I bought this for my daughter b/c she begged for a new one. Her old one is still fine. SHe used it for 3yrs!! I purchased my first LLBean backpack for my daughter when she started kindergarten. That was 3 years ago. She carried it for Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade and decided this year that she wanted a new one. The original backpack is still in great shape after being used every day for the last three school years. Because of this fact, I ordered the very same style of backpack for her this year, changing only the color. These backpacks are roomy, durable and attractive. It is the perfect size for her age and it is comfortable for her to carry, so she tells me. I would definitely purchase this product again and I would recommend it to others.
I purchased this book bag for my 7 yr old son as he needs a bag that will withstand everything HE can do to it. It has held up beautifully!!! We love the color and I personally love the reflector strips on the front and back. I had it monogrammed for him and he thought that was COOL...Great bag. Would recommend it to all my mom friends. The price was satisfactory for the item purchased.
