I had one of these original backpacks in high school all the way through college & it still looks great! I just bought one for my son & he loves it. This is a really good value because it is so durable that he'll be able to use it for a long time to come. The embrodiery is really nice it helps to avoid confusion at school.
I absolutely love this backpack! This was an important purchase for us since my daughter was going into first grade and now needed a "big girl" backpack. It is just the right size to fit her lunch box, folders, sweatshirt, library books, and anything else she might need to pack. It has great shoulder straps that are wide and very "cushy". She spilled something on it the first week that we had it and it came right out just using a wet rag. The material is very lightweight, and the colors are so bold and bright. I had her name embroidered on it too which has helped since there is another child that has the exact same backpack.
Bought this backpack for my 1st grader after talking to a lot of other Moms who's children were carrying their school supplies in this backpack. So glad we decided on it. We love it. Can already tell we will be using for many years to come. Quality of material used is great and our daughter loves the color and the personalization of it.
Last year my grandson's backpack barely made it through the school year. We decided to try one from LLBean because of the quality. So far so good! It looks like new. He thinks it is very cool, too.
