I was concerned at first that the material would not be durable, but that has not been the case. It has held up so well that I recently bought another one just to work in the yard. My only complaint is that the leather strap is somewhat unwieldy and uncomfortable so I usually just let it hang loose. I do like the fact it has a strap though for those windy days.
Great little hat. Being able to fold it up into luggage is a terrific plus! Also, it certainly covers sun prone areas of your face and neck. A fun hat to wear!
I love this hat!! The quality is amazing, definitely much better than other hats I have looked at. Love the fact that it is crushable! It is stylish (at least IMO). And, since my head is a bit bigger than the average, the size is absolutely perfect!!!!
