This hat is average. Fit was fine, but I realized too late that if left hanging near a window, or if out in the sun, the blue colour faded badly. And since it is a sun hat, that is not a good thing! The fading was uneven too, and looks strange. If I were to order it again, I would get the plain straw colour.
I bought this hat to give to my daughter for the day of her bridal shower. It was exactly what I was looking for. She loved it and looks great in it. She loves to hike, & garden and being very fair skinned I know she will put it to good use. Plus because it is packable, she plans to take it with her on her honeymoon and wear it to hike in Yellowstone!
