I found these sweatshirts to be of high quality materials and workmanship. very warm and does'nt shrink very much, still comfortably. If there is any drawback, it was not made here in the USA.
Absolutely terrific sweatshirt. This is just what I've been looking for - a comfortable, quality (non fleece!) sweatshirt without logos, zippers, hood, designs, etc. This has quickly become my go-to sweatshirt.
I do not like binding clothes and therefore like that the wrists and waist are not tight. I purposely ordered it large and find the cuffs are sufficient for keeping the sleeves from hanging below my hands without feeling tight at all. There is plenty of length to the body of the sweatshirt - I actually wear it "tucked" under so it falls at my mid-hip level - again a fit preference of mine. The only improvement for me would be that it would naturally fall to mid-hip without the need to roll it under but I've only found 1 sweatshirt (an old college one) in many years that actually fits like that and I think many wearers might think it too short. For me it's very roomy without adding excess bulk.
I chose light gray heather and I would love to see this sweatshirt offered in more light hued colors (not pastel!) that would compliment dark pant and/or jeans without feeling like I'm a walking shadow. My husband was checking out my new sweatshirt, tried it on and has already announced that he'll be borrowing it so it looks like I'll likely be ordering another before too long!
The workmanship and materials are top notch. I will have to see how it stands to repeated wahings and how it retains it's color. I ordered a Large, and I think they run a little big, but for a sweatshirt, it's not a big deal. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase.
I wish I could write a glowing review of how I love this sweatshirt, but I don't. The thinness of the shirt makes it not worthy for chillier weather and central Texas isn't really that cold. It lacks any heft to be worn alone and has to be layered too much. I will be returning the blue sweat as it also isn't long enough in the back as the gray sweat is.
