This was the third such similar sweatshirt from LL Beam over the past 25 years. The color (Navy) washes well and maintains new look for a very long time. It is a good size fit, lots of room, sturdy material blend, and warm. I found it a good substitute for a sweater in casual wear especially for the weekends and working in the yard with a shirt underneath.
This shirt and sweatshirts were gifts for my son. He likes them very much and will re-order in the future. . I suggest a change in design of women's flannel robe (solid color with white piping): make the belt holders flat instead of a loop; place the belt holder in petite size up about 2.5" for the short-waisted petite.
Yes, lot's of lint in my first washing of this "made in Vietnam" sweatshirt. Unfortunately, I included it with a bunch of other dark colors, thus producing a lint nightmare. So my advice is to first wash this item several times by itself, before throwing it into your regular wash. Otherwise this sweatshirt seemed well made.
