LL Bean's sweatshirts retain their color longer and stay looking good. They don't wear out at the cuffs or hems as fast as other brands.

I bought one of these with a gift card I got for Christmas, and I really like that one, so I had to get another. Very comfortable, and I've had the first one for almost a year, and it is holding up quite well. I would guess I will be getting more at Christmas this year as well.
