1st class quality - feels great and holds up. A little baggy for tall skinny people(when will the persecution stop!:) Wish it came in more colors for the Tall size(RED)hint,hint. I bought two to go on my honeymoon - those are now faded and torn but good for working on dirty projects....(next year is our 20th anniversary!)
Right out of the bag, my Bean sweatshirt felt like an old favorite. I've now had it for five years and it really IS an old favorite--but still looking as new as it did right out of the bag.
I bought a navy blue sweatshirt and loved it immediately:roomy in the shoulders and sleeves, comfortable at the waist, and, my wife says, good looking all over. I then ordered a black one, same size, and was bitterly disappointed when it came because it had a totally different fit: narrow in the shoulders, tight at the elbows, small at the waist and chest. My wife said it was just as good-looking but clearly not as comfortable. I called Bean's customer service and explained the problem. The pleasant lady at the other end quickly told me the second one was probably labeled with the wrong size and sent me a second at no charge. It arrived in a couple days, and when I tried it on... bliss. Comfortable, roomy, good-looking. I sent the mis-labled black one back in a special pre-paid package, and that was it--another satisfying Bean experience. I recommend the sweatshirt very highly.
