Two shirts labeled medium fit can vary in actual size. The material is soft and comfortable but a little stretchy, which means the shirt doesn't hang as loose as I would like.
We finally replaced an antique LL Bean sweatshirt and were so relieved to find it was still available and not been "improved." This is the perfect sweatshirt - sturdy, comfortable, and extremely washable. We'll order another in ten or twelve years!
