I have been an LLBean customer for many years. Always excellent quality (and superb customer service). This is the first item of lesser quality--fleece lining sheds ALOT!
LL Bean has wonderful Customer Service!! I recently purchased a navy blue sweatshirt and a charcoal gray sweatshirt for my husband. They fit beautifully if you remember they tend to run on the large size. No problems with the navy one but the charcoal gray sweatshirt developed holes after the first washing. I called Customer Service and was immediately shipped a new one with a return label at no charge. The replacement charcoal gray sweatshirt also developed holes after the first washing. I called Customer Service and again I had a replacement sweatshirt without any hassle or charge to me. I will continue to order from LL Bean for the wonderful Customer Service and quality clothing.
I shop at L L Bean because of the Quality of items I order from them.. No matter what I order it is always A One. In many years of dealing with them I have never had to return 1 single item. Keep up the good work !!!! .
