I was quite surprised at the looks, feel, comfort and fit of this sweatshirt when I received it. Knowing L.L. Bean quality, I should not have been--but I was. By far, a favorite casual shirt of mine. Thanks again L. L. Bean for doing what you do best, only selling quality merchandise.
Great fit, true to size, wears well. Have several that I have purchased over the years. Have one from about 20 years ago that is 100% cotton, would like to see all cotton sweatshirts offered again.
Over the last few years your sweatshirts seem to have less heft to them. I realize this is a cost measure ,but I,for one, would rather pay more for a heavier shirt.
