I had not worn turtle necks in decades. I always remember the ones that would take a hour or two just to remove head from. Happend to spy this in the flyer.
I decided to add something different to my wardrobe. Was amazed at the quality for the price. Soft as silk. Dressy with slacks or casusal with a pair of jeans. Do yourself a favor and order two.
I work outdoors. I have bought these shirts for a number of years. This year I found the quality has slipped. The shape is, well, shapeless. The sleeves on the Large are short, and I wear a 34" sleeve. The neck is loose and floppy. I have washed the shirts, hoping the neck would shape up, but no luck. I will keep them and wear them, but I'm not buying any more in the future. These are a rare L.L. Bean disappointment.
