I finf this productvery comfortable and because of the quality in these I have stopped buying other makers mock-turtlenecks. Hold up very well. Althoug there is some shrinkage in these but not enough to be problematic.

55-65 year old female is ordering these great turtlenecks a second time. The fabric is great. The sleeves are long enough. The longer length is right in style. The mock neck goes up just far enough and isn't too tight. The neck fabric isn't too bulky, so it doesn't mess up the back of your hair! Great layering item. Washes beautifully, no stretching, minimal shrinking. I wear a ladies medium, I ordered these in small.
I've bought several of these over the years; like them a lot. But the ones I ordered in April 2011, were much lighter/thinner than earlier versions.
No notice given at the website about the dramatic change in fabric, so not entirely happy.
They're still well made and more or less the same fit, but they hang differently, feel more delicate, and are not as satisfyingly cozy as they used to be. I'd say the fabric is half the weight (60%) of what it was.
I work in a hospital and it is always cold. The scrubs I have to wear are very stiff and scratchy. Wearing something underneath is essential. I wear these underneath the scrubs and they make my long day wonderful. They get softer and more comfortable the more they get washed. I have 3 and getting more.
