The sizing and colors are true with these shirts and the quality is just ok. They are made well but are a much lighter material than they used to be. I'd say these are good for layering but if you're looking for warmth, these are not for you.
they did not have the color I wanted in a turtle neck so I decided to get the mock turtle. Any of the other mocks that I bought elsewhere never seemed to look right at the neck. This one looks and feels great. The neck fit like a turtle neck without the extra long piece that you can fold over. I will be ordering mocks much more now but only from ll bean.
I bought these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them! The colors are great and they are of such great quality and so soft. My husband is a born Floridian and I've hooked him on the wonders of Maine...most importantly LL Bean!! (He won't buy his shoes anywhere else!). I highly recommend these mocknecks!
