I don't know what happened. I've bought 20 or so of these mock turtlenecks over the last dozen years. I ordered five recently and the fit is significantly different.... very boxey and wide. Not at all what I've had in the past.
Material is substantial, they are the fitting I expected and did not shrink after 3 washings. The shirts deliver the same excellent quality that I usually receive from LL Bean.
