The Bean's Winter Wrap Robe(made in China) I returned might not be too bad for others. But I have such a sensitive skin which gets easily irritated by any chemical residue(or odour) on fabrics that I was still bothered even after 3 washes.
On the other hand, I very much have enjoyed my other fleece robe(made in US) which I purchsed from LL Bean 10 years ago.
In at least 50 years of shopping with LLBean, this is hands-down the best product I've ever bought. It's beyond yummy warm and soft, it's long and full and perfectly designed. Buy it immediately and you won't be sorry!
Between my husband and myself, we have 4 of these robes. My married daughter also has one. They are incredibly warm, soft, and LONG. There is nothing worse in the winter than to have a too-short robe. I have two zipper robes and my husband has one zipper and one tie. We buy him the larger women's sizes, because nobody makes such nice robes for men. These warm winter robes are a MUST HAVE for the whole family. They are probably my favorite LLBean item!
