I like the slippers -- quite comfortable and sized appropriately for my wide feet. I would give them five stars but what I don't care for is the furry material on the rear exterior of the slipper. It's essentially a furry arch along the rear seam and is not a flaw, it's a feature. My wife, though, thinks it's cute and keeps "threatening' to put a smiley face on the back of the shoes. So the slipper loses a star because of this 'feature.'
I've had these for a year now and I'm not impressed. The tongues are too loose and do not cover the foot very well. There is very little support for the foot due to the cut of the tongue. The overall slipper has held up quite well, it's just far too loose for my comfort. I have a pair of the slip-ons which I like much better than these.
