I'm about to order my third pair. I live in them all winter. No problem, but the front flap falls forward. Worse problem is that after much use, the tread becomes smooth and tends to slip.
Finally slippers that fit! I've never had slippers that were a perfect fit before, I have a very wide foot, these mold around my foot. Often in this type of slipper you can feel the top seem, not in these. I have never had a better pair of slippers! Thank you!
When I had to return the slippers because one had been cut incorrectly, I called customer service and was given thorough and specific help as to how to handle the problem with the least amount of dificulty for me. I appreciate the helpful, competent and professional manner of the customer rep.
I was so excited when I received these moccasins, I couldn't wait to wear them. I got the chocolate brown color, and they are amazing. The fur on the inside keeps your feet very warm, but don't wear them without socks (you get fuzzies attached to your feet). They are comfortable, cute, and exceptionally warm (:
