Slippers are very warm and super soft and comfy. I love the higher backing on this style. The only annoying aspect is that the ties continually come untied. I ended up taking them out. I have had this problem though with many other slippers, not just LL Bean. Next time I'll order a pair with no ties.
This is my fourth pair of Bean slippers in the last ten years. I live in them at home over the cooler seasons. They are so comfortable, warm and durable. I've been giving them as gifts to my grandchildren, and the younger generation will carry on this family tradition.
Boot Mocs come in EE or wide widths unlike some of the other styles so this met my son's needs, however the "shearling" isn't like the photo. Lined with a non-plush multi-colored, soft, straight furry looking lining resembling Bambi fur. For this reason ~ nix on these slippers. I've never seen sheep shearling this thin or in multi browns. I'd return them for another style, but his B-Day is only 4 days away on Thanksgiving. I'm a loyal L.L. Bean fan and am sure it's a mistake, not false advertising. THX! Karen (mother and grandmother)
