L.L. Bean always makes a great product so I was not surprised that this slipper is fabulous. It's cozy, easy to slip on, comfortable and you can wear them outdoors.
These slippers are extremely comfortable, I have been buying them for over 20 years, and I wear them almost every night. They keep your feet warm at night, especially when we head up north to go skiing. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
I have been using these Moc Boots for about 1 week now and like them very much. They are comfortable, and not too warm which I thought they might be. The inside is quite comfortable and I prefer to wear them with socks. I like to wear white socks and the dark brown insides have not come off on my socks at all. I am glad I went with the boot version which covers more of the foot near the ankle.
Only one thing I wish were better and prevented me from rating a 5: I wish the sole were a little thicker and softer. The sole appears to be rubber and although it is durable, it feels a little flat after a week of wearing every evening. If it were a little softer I would rate a 5.
By the way, there is something about the smell of these Mocs that I love - maybe it's the leather, but it just has a great smell to it.
warm, comfortable, smell terrific! even after wearing with bare feet, the original scent is fresh and strong as ever.
i am on my second pair now, and ordered my true size the first time, a size down the second time. i am much happier with the size smaller than my shoe size, so i would recommend doing the same. the material does stretch a bit and the fur will become slightly matted after a while, creating more room.
2 annoyances: first, when the lace comes untied for the first time, you will never be able to tie it securely again! i had to cut my laces on the right moc. and second, the flap on only ONE of the two mocs folded over and won't stay up anymore. kind of annoying because i have worn these out of the house on occasion and think the tongue straight up looks much better than the furry fold-over.
