I originally ordered these slippers for my husband's birthday. When they came, they were too large and not the right slipper. LL Bean makes the exchange so easy, with forms right in the box and clear instructions. We had the right slippers in just a few days and no postage was involved. Thank you for a great experience and oh yes----my husband loves the slippers!!
I purchased these slippers for my husband in Wide. They were still too narrow. LL Bean's quality is superior to most brands; however, if I were recommending these to someone with wide feet I'd tell them to keep looking. Maybe LL Bean should consider a choice in Extra Wide or adjust the width.
superbly constructed with quality materials. However, the rubber-plastic soles exude a pungent perfumy scent that is hard ro be in the same room with. Perhaps I just have an overly sensitive nose; I can't stop sneezing when I'm wearing them.
