I have had a pair of these slippers for years, each year it seems I get a new pair. Well, this year my pair was defective and the wool started to fall out after just one month. I called customer support, they were extremely friendly and are now sending me a replacement. It was simple, pleasant and fast (the whole process took me 10min literally!!). This is why everyone in my family has no hesitation when buying LL Bean products.

These are awesome! There is not a moc on the planet as cozy as these. They feel like you are walking on air. Nothing has ever kept my feet this warm. These are the only pair i have not had to wear socks with to keep warm. Price is great. I love the dark brown color!
My husband and son owned a pair and had it for years before the lining wore away. We decided to purchase 2 new pairs. Everyone in the family now owns and loves the slippers including our Chesapeake Bay Retriever who carries 4 slippers in his mouth. The chocolate brown matches his coat exactly and I guess he thinks they are little Chessie puppies. We love them and so does Wisdom.
