I have used these clogs forever. I usually buy 3 to 4 pairs at a time. Once LLBean tried to discontinue but we said NO. Brought back by popular demand. I wear them year round, of course in the cold weather but during the summer too. The AC is a little too much for my feet in the summer, so my clogs come in handy. Once you try them you will never go back. I would tell everyone to try at least 1 pair. Thank you LLBean
I am currently on my third pair of these slippers. I'm quite sure I paid $49 for the first pair and, even though I thought that was a bit pricey, they were well worth it. They held up for years of use--and I rarely wear anything else on my feet in the house year round. When I finally had to give in and buy my second pair, I could hardly believe the difference in quality. The band across the instep was quite tight on one slipper. Also the suede on that slipper was so thin I almost sent them back immediately but decided to give them a try. (It helps to know LLBean stands by their return policy!) That thin suede gave way before too long and also the shearling was wearing off on the insole, so back they went. The suede on my third pair, which I started wearing in April, 2014, was fine but the shearling started wearing off in a very short time. Thought I might be able to live with it, but winter will be here in a few months and I don't want to be walking on cold leather. These slippers used to be wonderful, but I would not recommend them now. The price went up but the quality went down. :)
I was hesitant to get these first because of the price but this is a prime example of where you get what you pay for!! Awesome slipper! Extremely comfortable and wears very nice. Just like a clog and I love them!
