I've been searching for years and haven't found a more comfortable slipper. The shearling is very warm without being sweaty. All other slippers make my feet sweat and smell. I don't have that problem with these until they're a year or more old. The soles are comfotable- these are the ones I choose when I have to stand on a ceramic floor all day cooking. I wear a size 6.5 wide or 7 regular shoe. I've purchased these in 7, which is loose and comfy, and in a 6 which is a bit snug for a few days until the lining settles and then is very good fit. My only complaint is the lack of color options. I live in these at home and wear them outside often. Even if I spray them they become stained and ugly after a while. Please, please make them in black!
With our cold, snowy climate, as soon as I get home, the wet shoes or boots come off and slippers come on. These have been wonderful! They are soft and warm, but allow air to circulate so the feet do not feel stuffy. They have conformed to the shape of my foot and have great support, so my feet do not tire in them. Great investment!
This is my third pair. They wear like iron and last for years. You can't imagine how comfortable they are until you wear them. If LLBean ever stops carrying these, I might have to go barefoot! They are not just slippers, either. They have such a good sole, I've actually made several quick trips to the market and had inquiries of where I bought them.

I just bought these clogs to replace my worn out wicked good scuffs. My scuffs had finally ripped after daily wear for approximately 4 years. I chose the clogs because the traditional scuff was no longer offered in women's sizes, much to my initial dismay. I was a little worried that the sole of the clog would be too stiff, since I was used to a softer rubber sole and had grown accustomed to the cushioning and fit. However, after 2-3 wearings, the clogs have broken in and are every bit as comfortable as my scuffs were. They are great for running in and out of the house, even in the snow!
