They are sooo warm, comfortable & durable, but not too warm for around the house. Maybe too warm for summer if the house is not airconditioned. The soles are perfect for inside & outside use. I wear them everyday inside instead of shoes. I continue to use them until I wear them out or they are so dark & ugly that my family makes fun of me. This year I purchased the chocolate brown. One recommendation -2 pairs I chose to size up because I wear a 1/2 size, but this year I sized down. They were snug at first but after wearing them several days they are perfect. It just depends if you like your slippers a little loose or want to fill the entire shoe. However, I have found LLBean true to their guarantee. You can always return them if you are not satisfied. Feel great on your feet after a 13 - 26 mile race.

Sizing is exact. Fur lining never gets damp, it's very good at wicking away moisture, and is very warm as a result. Very good construction. I know I'll buy more of the slippers.
