I recently exchanged a pair of slippers I had for a little over a year. The big toe on one shoe was poking through. I inquired about having it repaired & customer service said although they don't do repairs, send them back & LL Bean will exchange them for you if you are not satisfied. They did & I am certain these will last the long haul. On the original pair I believe the leather on the front part was a bit thin. I should have exchanged them right away but didn't want to part with them as it was winter time. Now it's summer in NY & I am planning on wearing them just the same. Very breathable natural material.
I purchased my 1st pair of clogs before Christmas and wear them constantly around the house. They are my house shoes. I liked them so much, that I just purchased a 2nd pair "just in case" I wear them out or whatever. They are the Best! They're comfortable, the soles don't look worn, and best of all, I can "fluff" the lining to feel like new again over and over. Thank you LLBean
I have always liked Bean,s slippers. I have had many pairs. I like the wicked good clogs because they have a comfortable, substantial soles. They are cool weather slippers but I wear them year round.
