I bought these slippers a year ago and loved them from the moment I put them on. They were warm and very comfortable. After wearing them for a year, a hole developed in the toe area. I was reluctant to complain, after all I did wear them for a year. But other slippers I have owned, lasted way longer than a year, so I called customer service. The lady in customer service was very accommodating and instructed me to return them for another pair. Today, a brand new pair arrived. LLBean, true to their word, stood behind their product and provided me with a replacement pair, no questions asked. Great service, great products, great company. Thank you LLBean! -TLB New York
I've been wearing these slipper clogs at home practically non stop for about a month. Very warm and comfortable. I hate to take these off. Appear very well made with no problems so far.
These fit well without slipping off even though they didn't come in the half size I wear so that I had to order a size up. Love the shearling lining. Cork platform gives extra cushion to a painful heel. I especially like the elevated heel which I find more comfortable than standard "flat" slippers. Sole is non slip. Delivery was amazingly fast within 2 days of ordering right around the holiday. I couldn't be more pleased.
I absolutely love the ones with the two tone brown choice ... I have narrow feet and I worried when I ordered because some people said that had wide feet and they fit ... but they fit me well too, so the shearling makes it fit a wide variety (and I always wear socks, so that may help too). They are by far the warmest slippers I've ever had (I'm 60 ... so there have been many pairs).
I liked them so well that I wanted a second pair, so I tried the blue-gray which is a slightly different product and they weren't nearly as comfortable -- there is stitching around the top that dug into my foot a little and they didn't slip on as easily as the brown. I returned them and ordered the chocolate brown of the first style I ordered.
This slipper is good but it felt more like a shoe. For me it felt a little too heavy to wear around the house as a slipper. They do keep my feet warm and I was able to wear them with a thin sock. I normally wear a 6 1/2 but ordered a size 7 and it still felt short. I will probably be returning these.
