The slippers are snuggly warm and comfy. Can be worn outside for a short period of time such as when picking up the paper from the driveway.

shearling worn out after 4 months

I loved these when I first got them...so cozy! I still like them but I'm dissappointed that the shearling has worn away in places after only 4 months. I only wear these around the house - never outside. I've read the reviews and I gather some people have had them for years...can't explain why mine are already worn out. I'm a regular LLBean shopper and I expected them to last longer.
