I have had mine for ten years. So comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them. They have lost a spot of sheep skin on the heel part, which doesn't bother me. (after 10 yrs, do you blame them?) So warm, I find my nine year old wearing them at times!!! When the time comes, I will order a new pair...
This footwear is as close as I have yet come to providing warmth in cold weather to my perpetually cold feet. My approach was to order a couple of sizes larger than my normal foot size to allow room for extra heavy wool socks and thus to avoid crowding that reduces the space needed for optimum warmth. However, two sizes larger has proved to be one too many. There is open space at the heel with the result that my foot moves forward to the toe more than it would were the foot more accurately fitted to the slipper. The natural wool fleece is thick and warm. I simply misjudged the sizing.
These are the warmest and most comfortable slippers ever. I just bought my second pair , have given them as gifts and recommended them to others who have purchased them. I gave them 4 stars because they do have a weak spot. The top separates from the sole on the left shoe on the inside after a while. But I still hope they never get discontinued.They should make them in men's sizes as well.
I purchased these shoes about 2 months ago and I love them. They are true to size, and so comfortable and warm I never want to take them off. I got the Ugg slippers last Christmas as a gift and although they were comfortable also, they didn't hold up at all. I decided to try these shoes at half the price and they are equally as comfortable, if not more.
