Hi, I too had a good/bad experience with these slippers. I loved them and wore them regularly but they seperated at the toe. Too expensive for that. :(
Bought my wife a pair of these for Christmas last year...she wears them occasionally.....last week she noticed they were coming apart at the seams....I could have bought a cheap pair of house shoes that did that......Buyer beware!
I read the customer reviews before purchasing these. The main reason I bought them was based on those positive reviews & it was stressed they had good support for your feet, not just warm & fuzzy. I need something to support my feet when I'm in the house due to my arches dropping. I put my feet in them & it felt like I was entering Heaven! I ordered an 11M, my big toe hits the end of them when walking but not enough to return them. I think they're ugly but don't care because they support my arches & feet. That is what I was looking for! They're very soft & warm just like everyone said! I highly recommend buying them. I may have to get another pair, because manufacturers tend to stop selling or change something on a popular item. I don't want to have to do the "Hunt for Red October" again next winter. Not all slippers give this kind of support & I can't wear the mushy insoled kind.
This is the second pair for me. I wore the other pair to death! They are warm and toasty in the draftyness of my living room, easy to get on in a hurry, soft and comfortable on the feet and yet sturdy enough for wear out of doors on a nippy morning. The new pair is my Birthday and Christmas present to myself.
