These are the best ever! I got one pair for me and one for my daughter. After a year of wearing them all over campus in sun, rain, ice and even occasionally snow, she finally did manage to wear off enough of the wool and the soles that I am taking pity on her and buying another pair as a treat. They are wonderfully comfortable and if it is wicked to enjoy something so much, I'm in big BIG trouble!
I buy a pair of these slippers every other year, because they last that long even though I wear them out to the barn every morning unless there is a lot of snow, I wear them all day long, I love them! They hold up to hard wear, never come apart, and the only reason I need to replace them is that I wear off all the sherling inside them. The soles make it very safe to go out on snow or ice and haul in more firewood, and I hope everyone buys themselves a pair of these and enjoys them as much as I do.
My best friend recommended these slippers to me when she was on her second pair. I absolutely cannot imagine living without them. Their superior comfort, warmth, and support make these clogs well worth the price. The outer sole is sturdy enough to wear outside, and although I've never intended to do that, it is easy to forget - I've even picked up take-out in these by accident. I'm surprised at the comments about holes in the toes, since I've worn mine every day since they arrived (Jan 2008) and wear is not yet apparent. My mom is getting her own pair from me this Christmas, as I can't imagine a gift I'd rather get myself! My only suggestion is to offer some variety of colors.
I've had the Wicked Good Slippers for years and loved them, but I love the Wicked Good Clogs even more! Pretty much from the moment I walk in the door, my shoes are off and my clogs are on. They are comfy all year round and just make your feet happy!
