This is my second pair, the 1st pair had an unfortunate mishap. Then they weren't in the catalog anymore, I was very sad. But last month I decided to search again and yipee they were back. I think I will get a back up pair incase that ever happens again.
I normally wear an 8 running shoe, and so ordered these in size 8. I wore them for a couple of days and realized they were just too big. I called the quick-return-reorder number to order size 7 and encountered efficient and remarkably pleasant assistance. The 7s I have now are just right, and are warm and comfy without being heavy and clunky. They'll accommodate normal-weight socks if I want to wear them, too. I happen to love the style and chocolatey brown color. I have a home office and wear these all day long. I love that they slide right on, without my having to bend over and pull them over my heels. I'm happy so far with the quality--no issues there. I've paired them with my long LL Bean fleece robe and am loving our Minnesota winter so far.
Will be returning my wicked good clogs. Others seem to love them but find a ridge across the sole makes them uncomfortable for me. Hate this as the lamb fleece part felt great. Don't know whether just this pair or this is just the way they are made.
