THANK YOU L.L. Bean for bringing these back!! These are by far the very best slippers I have ever found. When they were discontinued, I tried several other similar slippers but found that there is no replacement for the original L.L. Bean Wicked Good Clog. I wrote to customer service when they were discontinued (as did many!) and we were heard! Great Job L.L. Bean!!
Got my first pair of these slippers two days ago, and really do not want to remove them! Fit is perfect; they are extremely comfortable, fit like a glove. The sheepskin is cozy and warm, just wish there was a way to clean it as I will be wearing these non-stop throughout the winter!
When we lived in Australia over 30 years ago, I had a pair of sheepskin clogs that I adored. Sadly, they wore out and I spent decades trying to find something similar. One day I spied these in the LL Bean catalogue and decided to give them a try. That was over 6 years ago!! I wear these slippers every day, winter and summer and have NEVER had anything so comfortable. Granted, they aren't the most stylish footwear on the block, but the coziness overcomes all that!
I had a pair for years and they wore to nothing, where I had to toss them. I went looking and they weren't available anymore :( so I settled for some llbean scuffs. I found these the other day because I wasn't that happy with the scuffs and lack of real sole on there, ordered them monday afternoon, they were peaking out of the already piled up snow on my doorstep yesterday! Thanks for bringing back these warm comfy versatile slippers. I got the brown this time and love the color!
