I ordered a pair for myself, and was disappointed. I knew that the pair I received must have been defective as the shearling was not thick and the shoe was just irregular. Customer service was excellent and sent out a second pair. When it arrived, it was exactly what I wanted. I ordered a pair as a gift for my niece who says she will live in them this winter. They would have gotten a 5 had the first pair I received not been defective. They have good arch support and wide enough for a big toe box like mine.
I don't like anything being tracked in from outside, so keep these by door to wear all the time inside. After wearing my 1st pair for nearly 3 years, they finally worn out. Have plantar fasciitis and the cork and rubber sole cushions my heel better than just regular slippers. They are warm in winter, but not hot in the summer. My only complaint is that it would be nice if slippers came in narrow widths instead of just medium for those of us who need them.
This is my second pair of wicked goods and I absolutely love them. I ordered the same size as my last pair and this time these ones seems a little bigger but not a big deal since they are slippers. They are the most wonderful pair of slippers you will ever own. There have been times when I have forgot that I am wearing them and have left the house with them still on my feet. If you are considering buying them it is a purchase you won't regret.

I am on my 3rd pair of these slippers, and I would not buy any other kind. I wore out my 2nd pair and had to keep using them until LLB came to their senses and started making them again. They are warm and have a good supportive arch. (Although I would say that the arch seemed better before they stopped making them.) They are so comfortable!
