We recently bought a pale green Moonbeam clock for our bedroom. We really love this clock! It is everything that we thought it would be. There is really no way that you could oversleep with the unique alarm system that this clock has...first a soft, blinking light to wake you up gently -- and if you don't respond, a loud or soft bell sounds for a short while. (you choose)...And if you STILL do not want to get up, a handy "snooze" button on top of the clock, which you may use three times. This clock is electric...but has a backup battery, so you will never be let down by the clock when telling time, or getting up on time....
The color of this clock is so lovely...perfect for spring. We liked it so much that we bought a second clock in darker blue, which we put in our guest room. We hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we do!.
I highly recommend these clocks, for personal use, or for gifts. You can't go wrong with one, and they are worth every penny of the price.
Some things to know: This clock is a bit larger than it appears in the photos. This made me happy, as I was pleased with its easy-to-read large face, but is something to consider if you have a particularly small bedside table. Also loved the soft backlight. Great for knowing the time when woken in the middle of the night. Did I really let the cat out at 4:25 a.m.? Yup. But the light is not so bright to be distracting. Hate flashing digital numbers when I lose power - the clock face gets rid of the analog, and the battery back up makes sure your time stays accurate. Stylish clock goes well with my retro arts and crafts decor, too.
Very nice alarm clock from its design and the ways it's looks bedside to the "moon beam" light and ability of the combo choice of bell / light. Like the soft lighted dial to check the time during the night without having to push a button. Nice color choices.
