very frustrating. At first the alarm wouldnt work. I had it packed up to go back only to later find out I had to wait 15 min. for it to go off. The first night I used it the clock stayed stuck at 4:50! It will be going back!!
My mom asked for this for her birthday, and I thought, "what an odd thing to ask for"...but then the clock arrived, and I must say, it's really cool! Very vintage, and yet it works in a modern house as well. My mom likes the amount of backlight and the alarm sound level when it goes off. We're both pleased with this purchase!
I like the large clock face and easy to read numbers. The lighted face makes it easy to read the time at night. The alarm sound is not harsh sounding. I love this clock!!!!
This small clock is a retro copy of a 1950s clock made by Big Ben. It has more charm and style than any other clock on the market! I have a yellow one and bought a blue one for my son and his wife and they love it. The alarm begins with soft flashes of light (they'll wake you up!) followed by a gentle alarm. I am so pleased with this alarm clock that I plan to buy more. I think only LLBean has the variety of several colors. I highly recommend this and it's wonderful whimsy!
