Love, love, love this clock. Not only can I see the hour and minute hands clearly but the light guides me in the 'wee smas' of the night as well. Just got another one for my mother, and she said it is perfect!
Had to trade in my old Moon Beam clock as the alarm & light stopped working properly. (I had it about 2 years) LLBean did a fast exchange, & I love the new design even more! Looks identical, but the face light isn't near as bright (which could be sleep disrupting). You can even turn the light off. Alarm now has 2 settings instead of one. Really love this clock.

I finally treated myself to buying this clock. It's so easy to read, even without my glasses in the middle of the night. I truly love it. I have art deco style bedroom furniture so it goes great with it. I love the backlight, not too bright, just right. I also like the wake to light feature. I wish I had treated myself to this sooner. Do yourself a favor and buy this alarm, it's beautiful, large enough for us 50 somethings to easily read and see. I have had so many wonderful comments from friends when I show it to them and many have also now purchased it and love theirs too.
My parents were deaf and they had a clock identical to this one. I never dreamed it was still being made. It is so nice to be gently awakened by the gentle blinking of the clock. A great buy.
