I have had the Moonbeam clock for a year. This morning I missed an appointment because the alarm didn't go off. It no longer functions. I am sending it back for a replacement because I love it, but how does this happen to an electric clock?? It seems like they should go on forever!
I love my sunshine yellow retro alarm clock. It's just the pop of color I needed to brighten up the bedroom.The lighted dial provides just enough light to navigate a dark room, but not enough to disturb your sleep.
It's pretty, it keeps time and all of the gadgets work - what more can you ask.
I thought this was such a cute design in the catalog. In person, it looks cheaper: plasticky. Also, bigger than I thought it would be. Not travel alarm-clock size; more like mini-toaster size. I'm keeping it, because it will do as an alarm clock so I don't have to hunt down my cell phone every night.
It seems that I am not the only person who has had this problem - the alarm does not work, straight out of the box. I wish that I had read all of the reviews, not just the positive ones, but I had more faith in LL Bean. Why on earth do they continue to sell a product with so many complaints?
