Love this clock; I have three of them. Two in yellow and one in blue. I would love to see them offer this in a retro red or black. Any chance of that? Masculine colors needed.
I originally bought this clock about 6 years ago and LOVED how it gently woke me to the light rather than the alarm (though, alarm was there as backup). I am somewhat sensitive to sound and the world can be jarring, so this light alarm helped me "ease" into the world. Sadly, things started to not work and I ordered another one last year - I'm disappointed because the warm glow of the light is now a fluorescent blue hued light that not only looks awful, it doesn't do the trick. So, really, not the same clock at all and the feature I like isn't there. But, I was too sick in pregnancy to return it . . .
I am on the third clock trying to get one that works....the light worked but not the alarm. The third one I thought may be a charm, but unfortunately it just stops ticking randomly and has to go back. Too bad it is a nice retro design, but the quality control is very poor. Do not buy this clock if you need to get up on time. I shop regularly at LL Bean so I am disappointed to have to say they sell an item that does not meet the LL Bean standard....it is Bad.
