I love having a choice for a "blinking light only" alarm. However, the back light for the clock id already pretty bright (for me). I put translucent dark plastic to dim it. You can turn off the back lighting entirely, but then I can't see the clock. On the plu side, it is a good-looking clock and I can see the analog hands at a distance w/o glasses. How to improve? reduce the lumens of the backlight by half, and make the ticking quieter.
Very nice! I love the simplistic look as I am a contemporary design girl. Fits in nicely with the uncluttered look that I love. I also love the gray as it is a very hard color to find. When I saw the gray I knew I had to have this item. Would recommend to anyone for almost any home design!
I like this clock because I can read it both in daylight and at night. While digital clocks are faster to read at night, they often don't show up in daylight. The large black hands on white face make it visible by day, and the gentle backlight means it is also visible at night without giving off too much light.

I love everything about this clock. It has a lighted clock face that is easy to read, even with my nearsighted eyes. The clock and alarm are easy to set. My husband liked it so well, he asked me to order a second one for the guest room.
