This is a terrible product, and one that LLBean should not sell. I had a Moonbeam clock 10 years ago, and loved it. It recently was broken, and I wanted to replace it. However, the new Moonbeam is nothing like the "old." The quality is terrible, the alarm didn't work on 2 clocks that they sent, and the light is so dim it couldn't possibly wake anyone. The old clock had an extremely bright alarm light. It's a shame that this once great product is now awful.

I love this clock. Very simple, basic and has a battery backup. I really like waking up to the light. So much better than bbbbeeeeeeeepppp........ If, however, the light does not wake me, I will get a louder reminder.
I love this clock. It has a glow in the dark face that is easy to read at night., The light wake up feature is a gentle reminder that it is time to get up. I'm buying more for gifts.
