The style of this clock is different from most other clocks that you find. The simplicity of design is great. You do not have to get the instruction sheet out to set the time. But I was disappointed that my first clock had to be returned shortly after it was recieved. After a call to customer service I promptly( within two days) recieved a replacement.Excellent guarantee on item.
We already have one, (happy with it), were looking to use another. Out of the box, background light wouldn't work and had trouble with alarm. It seemed as if the hands were set an hour off from alarm.
This clock is wonderful. It works perfect and looks great. It is a bit larger than I pictured but it is perfect. I ordered the ivory because the green was not available and I like the ivory even better after if arrived.
