I love this clock. I bought one about 5 years ago and just wore it out so time for a new one. I like waking up to the pulsating light and I'm still amazed that I can.
I love the look, the older, mid-century type look and all the colors it comes in. I also really like the gradual way the alarm works by first giving off a comfortable flashing light and eventually sounding the alarm. This is the 2nd moonbeam alarm clock I've ordered. I still have my first one which I purchased at least 5 years ago. Everthing still works on this one except the alarm function seems to have went. I don't know if I hit the snooze button too often, but it wasn't dependable anymore...sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I've put this older one in a different room where I don't need an alarm. I still enjoy the look of the clock and the time function works fine. This new one I purchased I can see has been redesigned a bit since my last one. Overall I'm still very happy with it but I think I'm liking the older design better. One main difference, the clock face on the older model is sharper and clearer. Also, I'm a "snoozer" and it appears the new one only lets you "snooze" twice and I'm known to "snooze" sometimes 3 and 4 times and it appears I can't now.
A gorgeous looking clock. Loved the color choices too.
I picked it out for my guest room, it's retro look and color seemed perfect.
It has a really cool blinking light feature to slowly rouse you before the actual alarm sounds.
What I did not like about it - was that the feature was too complicated for a guest room - I just wanted a simple intuitive operation that I would not have to leave the operating instructions beside the clock.
Also the warnings of dire consequences if the clock is adjusted in the wrong direction did not make this a guest room friendly time piece.
So great clock with nifty features - just too complicated for what I needed it for.
This is such a cute clock. I like how you can turn the face light off during the day with a switch in the back of the clock. I put this in my bedroom but am thinking it would also look cute in the kitchen.
