This is a wonderful alarm clock! The backlit dial is soft and non-obtrusive for sleeping. The alarm noise itself has just the right pitch to wake you without the high level screech so common in other clocks. A great investment!
The clock turned out to be larger than I expected. It works very well and you can easily see what time it is in the middle of the night with the light option behind it. The color is very cheerful and all options work perfectly.
I have 2 of these, one yellow which is excellent and we are always woken just by the flashing light. I recently purchased a blue one to match the new quilt in our bedroom and although it looks pretty, it is more teal than blue colored and we are never woken by the light as it's not very bright - the noisy alarm always ends up going off in order to wake us.
