Received this for my birthday and i just love it. It is very retro and cool looking. I love the dimly illuminated face as it doesnt keep me awake at night. You also have the option to turn it off completely. Also like the option of having a choice of alarm types as sometimes if i am not facing the clock the light alone will not wake me up, so if i have an appointment to make, etc i make sure i have both on just in case.
I LOVE THIS CLOCK. IT REALLY IS LIKE HAVING THE MOON IN YOUR BEDROOM. THE STYLE IS BEAUTIFUL. ALMOST ART-DECO. COULD NEVER FIND AN ELECTRIC CLOCK THAT HAD A LIGHTED DIAL THAT COULD BE TURNED ON OR OFF. ALSO HAS BATTERY BACK-UP. NICE BIG CLOCK. NICE AND STURDY. I'M BUYING ANOTHER ONE FOR MY MOM. GREAT PRODUCT.
Especially nice when it's dark outside to wake up to a softly blinking light. I wish you could set it to am or pm though, but it is an old fashioned clock. I like it a lot.
