The retro look of this clock is very appealing to me - that's why I selected it over others. The dials in the back are very easy to use. I especially like the hue of the background light. It's a new concept for me to be awaken by light & this feature is wonderful. Also, have the option of the alarm if one is a sound sleeper! It was larger than I expected, but am very pleased as this makes it easy to grasp. The vanilla color tone blends well with any decor. I highly recommend this clock.
Love the clock. Have ordered one for each of my 5 grandchildren according to the color of their bedrooms and I have two in my house...one for each bedroom.
I bought this clock to replace an older clock radio. It works great and the alarm is loud. It has a back-lighted dial which you can shut off. The light is just bright enough, sort of like a orange-ish full moon. I didn't think it was too bright. I tried the alarm with the flashing light, but prefer the audible sound since I am a heavy sleeper. The alarm could be a bit quieter - the bell is loud enough to almost shake the clock off the night stand- but it does the job. It also has a 10 min snooze feature. The clock is also larger than one might think. If you need a good loud alarm clock that is easy to set up this is the one.
This clock is exactly what I was hoping for. A clock small enough to fit on a nightstand, but with a large enough face to see clearly. The backlighting makes it even easier to see in the dark. I love the color I got - Vanilla, and am planning to get another color for the guest room. The dials on the back are also easy to maneuver and makes setting the time a snap.
