I love the appearance of this clock. The green looks great in my room, and very retro. I don't plan to use it as an alarm clock but I tested it and it worked great. The back-lit analog dial is bright enough to read in a dark room but not bright enough to disturb my sleep. I may order another one for the kitchen.
I ordered this clock because I was tired of my digital clock screaming the time at me in bright red; and shouting me out of bed in the morning. A modern take on an old fashioned design, the clock's pleasing, understated features make for a comfortable night's rest without unnecessary intrusion and a pleasant good morning.
The clock arrived for the guest room just in time for the guests to arrive. It has a vintage/yet modern look. I like the lighting option so it can easily be viewed at night.
