I love this clock. I scoffed at the idea that a clock would wake me up in the morning with a flashing light. I was proved wrong. I wake up with the flashing light and don't have to hear an annoying alarm. I wake up refreshed and not in a bad mood because of an alarm. I recommend this clock to everyone. I have bought a total of three and will purchase another for a gift when the occasion arises.
The older version of this clock that I've owned for years recently bit the dust and I'm happy to report that the current version of this clock has the very important feature of being able to dim or turn off the night light feature. I like being able to read the time in the darkness, but the old clock provided a lot more light than was necessary. My husband is a lot happier now.
I've been admiring this clock for years and finally decided to make it a Christmas present to myself. I love it. It is very easy to operate and beautiful to look at. It's art.
I had hoped to find an alarmclock that was illuminating, functional, and inexpensive. The light at the beginning may work for some but I sleep right through it. The housing feels cheap and light. The color green is warm and the design itself is classic. For the price I'm underwhelmed.
