I have used a purple moonbeam alarm clock for several years, loved it so much I just bought a green one for the guest room, where I sleep occasionally. The back-lit face is easy to read and the flashing light wakes me up without disturbing the rest of the house. A great art deco design, practical, and with battery back-up, absolutely reliable. Do I need a blue one as well? Maybe for Xmas...
I have been wanting this clock for such a long time...but 49.00...hmmmm...finally I broke down and got one for my side table....I was soooo excited....now I am just sooooo frustrated...it has stopped endless times...and finally today I have decided it has to go back...will I get another??? unfortunately, I had already bought another....a blue one...before the yellow one started acting up.....I will have to keep my fingers crossed on that one.......what a disappointment.......
This is the third moonbeam clock I've purchased within the past year. The first was for me, the second for my grandnephew as he entered middle school, and the third for his nurse mother to make her EARLY rising. Need I say more?
I ordered 2 Moon Beam clocks and love them! The alarm is not harsh, but you can depend on it to get you up and going! I only wish the numbers on the lighted dial would show up a little better, but, that is because I keep the clock across the room and don't have my glasses on, otherwise, they are great! So old fashioned, but modern.
