I love, love, love this clock! I had the previous model for years and years until recently when the alarm stopped working. I was pleased to find the clock still available only better now. The light is much softer and there are more options for the alarm. I am very pleased with this clock and happy to recommend it.
I have had my Moonbeem clock for a little over a month and really have learned to like it. I was a bit startled at first because the clock was much bigger than it appeared in the pictures. (I had been looking for something smaller) I almost sent it back and now I am glad I didn't. It does exactly what I want it to do. It is great to wake up to. I am old enough to remember the pre-digital age and had forgotten analog clocks "tick". It is very subtle,but if you are bothered by any kind of noise- be forewarned. Otherwise- great clock to look at and it makes me smile every time I see it!
I love this clock, on those dark early mornings when you dread the thought of turning on the light this seems to gently begin to adjust your eyes before they're even open. Then for those days that you're completely buried under the covers and wouldn't know if someone turned on a floodlight ...after the clock has flashed for a few minutes an alarm sounds. I would definitely recommend.
I love this clock! I called LLBean's customer service looking for a clock with a loud alarm because I am hard of hearing. The representative suggested I try this one. The bell has a high and low setting, and when set on high it is loud enough to awaken even the soundest of sleepers. It also features a blinking light which can be used alone or in combination with the alarm. The retro styling is very appealing and the ivory was a perfect choice for my room. When ordering, be sure to note the size. It is larger than it appears, which was fine with me.
